Continuous Quality Improvement & Closing the Loop

Concrete evidence of curriculum revision based on employer surveys and alumni feedback for B.E. 2567 revision

CQI Case Study: Heat Stress Mitigation & TMR Silage Technology at Phetchaburi

Employer / Stakeholder Feedback:

Cha-am Huai Sai Dairy Cooperative and commercial dairy farmers highlighted that heat stress dropped seasonal milk yields by 15-20%, emphasizing urgent demand for personnel trained in computer-aided TMR balancing and early ultrasound pregnancy diagnosis.

Action Taken in B.E. 2567 (Closing the Loop):

Revised 2024 Curriculum introduced Course 30502-2101 (TMR Formulation), deployed automated IoT misting cooling at demonstration barns, and established 100% Year-2 WiL internships with Cha-am Huai Sai Dairy Cooperative.
